Free cancellation
  • You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the experience starts to receive a full refund.
  • To qualify for a full refund, cancellation must occur at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience start time are non-refundable.
  • Changes to your booking are not permitted within 48 hours of the experience start time.
  • All cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.
